Service Fees

All service fees paid to The Global Visa for visa, passport, legalization, or related services are non-refundable once the application process has begun or documents have been submitted to the relevant authorities.

Government & Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to government agencies, embassies, consulates, or third-party service providers are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel your service request before we have started processing your application, you may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to deduction of administrative charges.
  • No refunds will be issued once the application has been submitted to the relevant authority or if work has commenced on your case.
  • Requests for cancellation must be made in writing via email to info@theglobalvisa.in.

Processing Time

Processing times for all services are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by government agencies or other third parties are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds.
